A self-realization takes hold

To notice the presence of awareness

A self-recognition leading to true freedom

The lotus flower rising above the dirty water

To bloom with remarkable beauty

Removing the dust of illusion

I see myself clearly now

In the mirror of Total Reality

Habits forming to keep

My mirror clean

So that I stay connected

And see my Higher Self

The jewel within the lotus flower unfolding

I find still moments throughout the day

To deeply breathe

To touch the miracle of being alive

In this physical body

Connected to a non-physical realm

Allowing the light to shine

And fuel my consciousness

Love expanding my view

Tuned into awareness

To the acceptance of all

For all are One

In Higher Levels of Consciousness

The spiritual force grows

As awareness expands

Greater expressions of love

The knowing light nourishes me

My soul evolving

My life flowering

Into greater knowledge 

Into love, beauty, and joy

Of the Collective Conscious
