Where Our Attention Lies

Where our attention lies

So does our energy

As a soul, our mission is to expand

The love of the Divine

Thus we must choose

Where we focus our thoughts

Our perspective beckons us to be of a higher accord, one of an expanded state

For fear contracts and love expands

Each day we must make a choice as our eyelids are heavy from sleep

That at the dawning of each new day

We choose the dance of happiness and joy

We choose the higher vibes that carry us throughout the day

As we have accepted and taken ownership of our reality and look toward solutions

To find the flow of life in optimism and hope

That we can embrace the divinity within ourselves and others

For what expands makes us happier

As we look at the world and see all as holy

Whether they believe in their holiness or not

Beyond all division and polarity

We fly above and see the game for what it is and who is playing the game

Our family of light expressed as humanity

We are all made from the same cloth

The same fabric of Source Energy

Here to engage in a game of separation

But we all have the same goal

To find by the end of the game that we were never separate to begin with

Only a veil of separation was there to disguise our true identity

But the truth unfolded and we stand in the mirror

And see the light of our soul sparkle

And we realize we are supported by the universe

The loving Conscious Oneness of God

So we tune our sound to appreciation

Of the gifts and lessons of life

That happiness and joy are our inheritance

When we shift our focus and release all expectations of the ego

And journey within to love the inner child smiling at us

To come play and dance in this game of life

To come play and dance in happiness and joy

For all are invited to live life from this perspective

If only we dare to live the challenge before us

And leave the thoughts of the past and future

And move to the rhythm of the Now in full appreciation of this game of life
