Who Are You?

Who are you?

“Who are you?” you question

And you are not sure how to answer 

When titles and badges are stripped away

And you are left to the core of your being

Well, friend, let me tell you

Who you are

You are a beautiful being of light

Who has come into this physical world

To experience the contrast of life

And it has revealed many lessons to you

Especially the need to fine tune your heart’s desires

Toward the path that will  bring you the most joy and love

And it always starts in this now moment

By gaining momentum with your thoughts and words

For when you lean into the emotions that you want to embrace

By choosing the thoughts that you really yearn for

By finding any good feeling of hope and appreciation

You find a sacred place within your own heart

With all the safety and unconditional love from your eternal being

The eternal being that is connected to the Creator of the universe

So despite what chaos or contrast that surrounds you friend

You can journey within to those still, silent moments

And in the quiet of your mind

When you stop thinking

Your intuition will speak

And your soul will whisper to you, 

“You are loved and cherished.”

“You are enough in this moment, just as you are”

“You are worthy of this beautiful tree of life “

And the spiritual veil will lift the illusions of life

The illusions that made you think otherwise

Or made you doubt who you are

And as the veil lifts, clarity is gained

Wisdom is gained

Unconditional self-love is gained

And your soul has a knowing, an empowerment

That you can manifest the reality you want to create for yourself

And it starts in this present moment

When you lean into your heart

And hear the whispers from your soul

Guiding you to calm and peaceful waters
