My Thriving Heart

The secret of life

For my thriving heart

Is connection

Connecting to my heart

Connecting to my soul

Connecting to the stillness resting within

Quieting my mind

To the whispers of my intuition

I awaken the Divine 

That already rests inside

Through my deep breaths

I look within to see what

My heart truly longs for

What intention I desire 

And in channeling the focus

I plant the seed there

To take root in my heart

And vibrations go out to the Universe

And I rest in the consciousness

Realizing I am a conduit of love

Connected to Divine energy

And in this expansion

My current radiates outside my field

To my family

To my friends

To my community

Beyond state lines

Beyond my country

Beyond oceans

Beyond continents

And the light within me

Sees the threads of life 

A pattern interwoven 

Into a dynamic tapestry

Evolving and growing 

Transforming

Connecting my heart to others

In the fabric of my influence

Through Divine energy

And when I turn within

I receive and allow 

The acceptance of my higher Self

And I realize all my needs are met

In this very present moment

Within my thriving heart
