Tuning into Well Being

When negative experiences come in

We must ask ourselves:

How can we look at it positively

In order to propel us forward?


Reflecting on our belief system

And honoring them

And acting on our passions

Knowing that the reflective mirror

Will tell us what we still need to work on


For we are worthy

To be a conscious collaborator

Waiting for the impulses

From our higher self

To attract the necessary components


Calibrating to our emotions

To who we really are in spirit

Reaching for the best feeling emotion

To tune in to well being

Waiting for well being to manifest

Our inner being to call us forward 

To affirm our Oneness in God

The divine in and through all things


Knowing that change is constant

I can focus on my state of being

And my connection to Source

Knowing the affirmations will renew me:


I follow the call of my heart and divine direction

I trust my intuition to take action and move me toward my highest growth

I forgive freely to allow the flow of good in my life

I am here to grow and expand and to live to my greatest potential


And it starts with my state of being

When I turn within and follow the call of my heart
