Getting Unstuck

Life careens, bends, lurches

Into unrecognizable roads

And there are times

When we just 

Feel stuck in one of the turns

Stuck in toxic energy

A detrimental spiral

Pulling us away 

From who we really are

From what we want to be

From our true desires

And all we desperately want

To do really

Is to get unstuck

To get back on the journey

But we have just forgotten

That the right momentum and

The paradigm shift are

Within our reach

That we can find peace and joy

To embrace our creative expression

In an unstable world

If we just listen to the inner voice

Within our own intuitive heart

Instead of focusing on 

What we don’t want

We discover that we have the power

To choose the energy 

We want to embody

Of what we do want

And in this shifting focus

And in positive vibrations

A release happens 

And we find realignment within

Attracting invigorating and healing energy 

To clean our dirty glasses

So that we can attract what we desire

With clarity restored

And we smile knowing

We are no longer stuck 

In one of the turns of life
