Our power rests in our thoughts

For our thoughts develop into words

Words into actions and habits

That lead us into the creation of our own life

Only we can find our absolute freedom

When we choose deliberate creation

To life authentically

Protecting and nourishing and balancing our energies

Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual

Finding harmony in the alignment

For our life is about embodying joy

And living in the flow of satisfaction and contentment

When we listen to our emotions

And lean into the river of well being

Beyond any resistance

So that we may accept this beautiful tree of life available to us

For only we can be the creator of our own reality

When we let go of any resistance and move into

Allowing our innate intuition to guide our life

Toward the thrill and exhilaration of manifesting our desires

Allowing our true nature to pour through us

And in the realization of our own creations

May we glow and dance in the light of life

Allowing and receiving the flow of well being wherever we go

For we are loved and adored by this universe

And we are here to expand joy, love, and creativity on our journey

So each day when we wake

Let us reach for appreciation and gratitude

In order to embody the desires of our heart before they unfold

Making a conscious choice in our thoughts and actions

To lean into the positive vibrations of well being

For we are worthy of this magnificent tree of life

And with patience and time

With focus and attention

With acceptance and ease

We will see the conscious creations flourishing

Allowing the power lying within us

To guide our thoughts and words

Our actions and habits

To live our best life of joy and satisfaction
