Grounded in the Light of Love

The noise around me envelopes me

Yet I stay strong and grounded

The wind may shake my branches

The rain may pull on my leaves

But I am a solid oak

I am grounded in the seed of Christ consciousness

I stand in my Buddha-nature

I am rooted in the light of God’s love

With wisdom and compassion

I am awakened in this very moment

Within the jewel of the Lotus flower

I accept the consequences of my actions

I work to transmute my karma

Remembering that I reap what I sow

While I might be surrounded by mud

I am the lotus flower opening to bloom

I am the tree of life

That grew from the mustard seed

And as I sit still in the consciousness of my Higher Self

And I sense the liquid light wrap around my heart

I hear the whispers come from my soul:

You are loved.

You are worthy.

You are cherished.

You are grounded in the light of love.

I find appreciation and gratitude at this moment

By releasing my attachments to the world

To flow in the divine love and peace of Source energy

Experiencing the bliss of surrender

When I allow the light to wrap around me

And I witness my internal temple inside my heart

Growing, expanding in my love for others

In the Conscious Oneness of God

As an empty vessel

I choose to decide each day how I fill myself

So I shape my intentions to reflect the reality

I want in this world

And I focus on that reality

Visualizing it in my head, feeling it in my heart
